AFROPUNK was created for the marginalised, the disregarded and the voiceless underdogs who aim to be change makers in our world.
This summer, the London festival returns for the 2nd year and with that, the Street Team Campaign for 2017 have collaborated with Bigga Fish.
Bigga Fish is a youth led organisation working across the nation to empower young people to have a creative voice. As the great Wiley said, “Bigga Fish is part of the foundation of Grime and the UK music scene”, we amplify the young peoples creativity, proving a platform for them to approach the social issues they face.
The AFROPUNK Street Team is a collective of passionate individuals and creative who support the brand of APROPUNK X Bigga Fish and their core values of inclusivity, peace and respect form the back drop of the APROPUNK London Festival, taking place Saturday 22nd July and Sunday 23rd July.
In the run-up to the festival, the Street Team will actively promote the event and are encouraged to engage the public in order to convey through the physical embodiment of the essence of what it means to be an AFROPUNK. We’re looking for confident, creative communicators to join the team.
Sign up online through the Bigga Fish website to get an invite to our Open Day to find out how to earn a weekend general admission ticket as well as the chance to work behind the scenes on the day at the Festival with the possibility of future prospects at Bigga Fish.
