AFROPUNK (AP) ARMY
The AFROPUNK (AP) ARMY acts as a catalyst for social movements, helping organizations tackle the critical issues — systems of oppression, LGBTQ+ rights, gentrification — dismantling our communities globally, AFROPUNK ARMY volunteers bring focus and awareness to issues of social justice, translating their ideas into positive action.
Through our Earn A Ticket Program, we encourage interested festival-goers to volunteer their time, passion and talents to give back to their communities in exchange for tickets to attend AFROPUNK.

DIGITAL ADVOCACY PROGRAM
The Digital Advocacy program is an extension of our Earn A Ticket Program. Since AP ARMY is a global network, this provides the opportunity for out of city members to also express their interest & support of various social justice issues. Each advocate is asked to complete various call to actions digitally, on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. in exchange for tickets to attend AFROPUNK.
AP ARMY and Color Of Change are joining forces to mobilize digital voices and actions in the name of social justice through Color of Change's online petition platform called OrganizeFor. The goal is to empower communities to leverage their influence to amplify collective acts and hold stakeholders, policy makers, institutions, and corporations accountable for systemic racism and for enabling Trump’s agenda.
This dynamic partnership will equip inter-generational communities and advocates with invaluable tools and resources to lead the opposition. By using the OrganizeFor platform to create change, AFROPUNK ARMY members will be able to earn tickets to AFROPUNK festivals in Brooklyn and Atlanta.
