According to CB Insights, less than 1 percent of tech start-ups are founded by African-Americans. Tech entrepreneurs, Mike McGee and Neal Sales-Griffin are working to change that with their coding school in Chicago, The Starter League.  McGee and Sales-Griffin are pulling in millions of dollars in revenue from teaching people how to become programmers.
