Hello. I love food.

I eat to live and party to die, but the former has overtaken the latter. I prepare differently a handful of staples, but loathe foodie-fanaticism. I worked once in a kitchen and the chef commented that I was concerned about what I ate but I wasn't fanatical about it. I recall when one could spend several social hours and never hear "What's your favorite restaurant?" I never prepare a meal manufacturred by a consumer products company or eat at fast filth restaurants. But my general health is probably fair to middling because I love crumpled blue cheese and virgin olive oil with my pasta and rice, and I eat two inch thick centercut porkchops rather than any beef. What's called soul food isn't the same to me since my mother's mother passed to the next energy level (I haven't had fried chicken since). Soul food in abundance kills, so I avoid it, but I don't abstain, especially not for whatever is hyped on food networks and other media.

Eating is so subjective, by comparsion loving appears to be a by the numbers ritual. Simple ingredients done complexly satisfies me: rosemary in rice, walnuts in cornbread, raisins and cinnamon in my plain yougurt, four or five spices (neverany salt) on my roasting chicken or pork chop. I hate turkey.

Fell off my lactose wagon, I do it even though i know it not healthy. eating out having desserts EATING CHOCLATE!!! two weeks every three months is getting alil too much i go up a dress size just by the bloating =] I let the cravings run their course and get back to feeling normal.
Ihis week I have been mostly eating:
Caramalised biscuits
Kinder bueno
Toffee crisps, crunchy style choclate bars
Steak (all kinds)
Polish frankfurters
so may cheese and chutney sandwhiches
Black olives with everything
cake and custard wtf???
I'm visting evil places and eating things that wouldn't really touch my plate, and I've stopped eating my usual gummy sweets.

My fave so far has been the sticky toffee pudding and a tuna, red onion chutney, cheese, beet and mayo wrap.

so gasey...
